Custom screen printed gear for Pioneer businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Pioneer, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 149 spread over 1.1 square miles, Pioneer gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Forest, LA (4 mi), Oak Grove, LA (9 mi), Epps, LA (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Barksdale Air Force Base, around 130 miles from Pioneer, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Pioneer.
Screen Printing demand around Pioneer does not stop at the town line. Crews from Forest (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Pioneer customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Pioneer customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Pioneer customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Delivery to Pioneer addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your pioneer crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
