Screen Printing in Reeder, ND.

Custom screen printed gear for Reeder businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Screen Printing delivered to Reeder

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Reeder, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Reeder is home to a community of 124 across 0.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Gascoyne, ND (7 mi), Bucyrus, ND (8 mi), Scranton, ND (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Ellsworth Air Force Base sits about 141 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Reeder.

A typical week of screen printing orders from this corner of North Dakota mixes Reeder crews with neighbors like Gascoyne, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Reeder gets screen printed

Unit and company shirt runs

Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Business and crew uniform tees

Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

School and team spirit wear

One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Bulk giveaway tees

Giveaway runs engineered to a number: budget blank, single color, maximum count. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Reeder customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Reeder customers, these three earn their keep.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Reeder addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Reeder crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
