Custom screen printed gear for Rodman businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Rodman, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Rodman is home to a community of 29 across 0.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Cylinder, IA (5 mi), Whittemore, IA (6 mi), West Bend, IA (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Camp Dodge sits about 101 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Rodman.
Screen Printing demand around Rodman does not stop at the town line. Crews from Cylinder (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Giveaway runs engineered to a number: budget blank, single color, maximum count. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Fundraiser tees where the committee knows its margin up front, because every pack price is public. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Rodman customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Rodman customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Every order ships tracked to Rodman addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your rodman crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
