Screen Printing in Salvisa, KY.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Salvisa gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Screen Printing delivered to Salvisa

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Salvisa, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Salvisa covers 1.8 square miles of Kentucky, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Lawrenceburg, KY (8 mi), High Bridge, KY (11 mi), Harrodsburg, KY (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Knox, roughly 59 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Salvisa.

Screen Printing demand around Salvisa does not stop at the town line. Crews from Lawrenceburg (8 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Salvisa gets screen printed

School and team spirit wear

One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Bulk giveaway tees

When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Unit and company shirt runs

Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Business and crew uniform tees

Everyday workwear printed to survive the job site, the shop floor, and the industrial washer. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Salvisa customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Salvisa customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Salvisa customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Salvisa crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
