From single pieces to full crew runs, Satilla gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Satilla, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 3.1 square miles of Satilla sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Graham, GA (4 mi), Hazlehurst, GA (6 mi), Denton, GA (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Stewart sits about 55 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Satilla.
Screen Printing demand around Satilla does not stop at the town line. Crews from Graham (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Satilla customers feel the difference on the first order.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Satilla customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Satilla customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
The timeline to Satilla addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your satilla crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
