From single pieces to full crew runs, Spring Grove gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Spring Grove, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 5,500 people spread over 9.1 square miles, Spring Grove gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Solon Mills, IL (2 mi), Fox Lake, IL (3 mi), Pistakee Highlands, IL (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Naval Station Great Lakes sits about 22 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Spring Grove.
Screen Printing demand around Spring Grove does not stop at the town line. Crews from Solon Mills (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Anniversary shirts with the type and insignia matched to the era they honor. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Spring Grove customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Spring Grove customers, these three earn their keep.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Here is what Spring Grove customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Delivery to Spring Grove addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
