From single pieces to full crew runs, Stagecoach gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Stagecoach, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Stagecoach covers 8.3 square miles of Nevada, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Silver Springs, NV (9 mi), Dayton, NV (11 mi), Virginia City, NV (15 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Naval Air Station Fallon sits about 33 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Stagecoach.
Screen Printing demand around Stagecoach does not stop at the town line. Crews from Silver Springs (9 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
High-count, budget-tier blanks with a clean one-color print that keeps cost per piece low. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Formation-wide runs are the bread and butter: single design, mixed sizes, pack rates that reward volume. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Event shirts priced before the first form is printed, so selling at a profit is arithmetic, not hope. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Mixed youth and adult sizes in one run at one pack price. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Stagecoach customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Stagecoach customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Stagecoach customers see.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Every order ships tracked to Stagecoach addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Stagecoach crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
