Screen Printing in Stratton, NE.

Custom screen printed gear for Stratton businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Screen Printing delivered to Stratton

The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Stratton, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Stratton at a community of 304 on 0.4 square miles of Nebraska, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Max, NE (10 mi), Trenton, NE (11 mi), Palisade, NE (15 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Buckley Space Force Base sits about 188 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Stratton counted against your roster.

Screen Printing demand around Stratton does not stop at the town line. Crews from Max (10 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Stratton gets screen printed

Bulk giveaway tees

Giveaway runs engineered to a number: budget blank, single color, maximum count. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Unit and company shirt runs

The whole roster in one run, one design, with the per-piece price falling at every pack break. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Business and crew uniform tees

Uniform shirts that still look issued after a season of job-site laundry cycles. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Event and fundraiser shirts

Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

School and team spirit wear

One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Reunion and anniversary runs

Era-correct designs drawn by our in-house team and printed for every generation of the crew. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Stratton customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Stratton customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Essential Light Tee

When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

What it costs

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Stratton addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Stratton crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
