From single pieces to full crew runs, Wahoo gets screen printed gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
The workhorse method: vibrant plastisol or water-based ink pressed through mesh, one color at a time. Best price per shirt at volume and prints that survive hundreds of washes. For Wahoo, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Wahoo is home to about 5,000 people across 2.9 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Colon, NE (6 mi), Ithaca, NE (6 mi), Malmo, NE (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Offutt Air Force Base, roughly 37 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Wahoo.
Screen Printing demand around Wahoo does not stop at the town line. Crews from Colon (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Reunion gear that gets the year right, drawn in-house and printed for every generation at once. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
When the count is high and the budget is fixed, light blanks and one-color prints deliver. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
One design across the whole formation, printed at pack pricing that drops as the count climbs. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Crew tees built for daily abuse: heavy blanks, cured ink, and reorders that match exactly. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Runs, festivals, and booster fundraisers with published pricing so the margin math is done before the order form goes out. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
One run covers the team and the bleachers: kid sizes and adult sizes priced together. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Wahoo customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Wahoo customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

The table below is the actual price list Wahoo customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Wahoo addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Wahoo crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
