Custom shirt printing in Seventh Mountain, OR.

Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Seventh Mountain crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Oregon in 5 to 7 business days.

Custom shirts delivered to Seventh Mountain

Crews in Seventh Mountain order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

From one end of Seventh Mountain to the other, 1.9 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Deschutes River Woods, OR (2 mi), Tetherow, OR (3 mi), Bend, OR (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Kingsley Field sits about 125 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The Oregon military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Kingsley Field and Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Seventh Mountain.

What Seventh Mountain orders most

Small business and crew apparel

Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

HOA, civic, and community events

Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Church and service group shirts

Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Youth sports and booster gear

League jerseys and fan gear where kid and parent sizes share one pack price. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

School spirit wear

Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Seventh Mountain customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

05 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Seventh Mountain customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Essential Light Tee

The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

The default unit shirt: heavy cotton, an 80-color palette, and a fit that survives the wash cycle. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

06 //

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Seventh Mountain customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Seventh Mountain addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Seventh Mountain group?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Seventh Mountain group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
