Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Shiro crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Texas in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Shiro order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
All 2.5 square miles of Shiro sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Richards, TX (5 mi), Anderson, TX (10 mi), Bedias, TX (13 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Cavazos, around 114 miles from Shiro, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Texas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Cavazos and Fort Bliss, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Shiro.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
All-over color dyed into the fabric, impossible to crack or peel.
Homecoming banners and event signage built for outdoors.
From napkin sketch to print-ready vectors, free with any order.
Workwear for local crews: printed tees, embroidered polos, gear that outlasts the season. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Shiro customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Shiro customers, these three earn their keep.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Shiro customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
The timeline to Shiro addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your shiro group can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
