Custom shirts delivered to Ski Gap

Crews in Ski Gap order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

All 0.1 square miles of Ski Gap sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Klahr, PA (1 mi), Cotton Town, PA (3 mi), Blue Knob, PA (3 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Letterkenny Army Depot sits about 53 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The Pennsylvania military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Tobyhanna Army Depot and Letterkenny Army Depot, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Ski Gap.

What Ski Gap orders most

Church and service group shirts

Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

5K tees, tournament shirts, and memorial fundraiser runs delivered before event day. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Youth sports and booster gear

Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

School spirit wear

Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Small business and crew apparel

Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

HOA, civic, and community events

The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Ski gap customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Ski Gap customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Essential Light Tee

When the count is high, this 4.5oz ringspun blank keeps the math friendly: $12 a shirt at volume, front print included. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Ski Gap customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Ski Gap addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Ski Gap group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
