The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. South carolina customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Every kind of crew: Military Units, Veteran Organizations, First Responders, Construction Companies, Gyms and Fitness, Restaurants and Bars. If your group is not on that list, it just means we have not printed for you yet.
PT shirts, deployment and homecoming tees, ball apparel, and morale gear, Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, event shirts, and banners for South Carolina companies, leagues, and schools. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Photo shirts and family runs from just 10 pieces, treated as the most important order on the schedule, because to the family it is.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among South Carolina customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Here is what South Carolina customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
A cheap print on a cheap blank costs more than it saves, because it gets worn twice and then becomes a rag. We print with inks cured to spec, on blanks stocked in weight classes from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, and we stand behind the work: if a print fails from a production defect, we make it right. Screen prints are cured at temperature so they flex instead of cracking, and embroidery is digitized in-house so small text stays legible.
Production plus shipping to every address in South Carolina runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your South Carolina group begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
