Custom shirt printing in Stanhope, NJ.

Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Stanhope crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in New Jersey in 5 to 7 business days.

Custom shirts delivered to Stanhope

Crews in Stanhope order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.

Stanhope is home to about 3,600 people across 1.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Netcong, NJ (1 mi), Port Morris, NJ (1 mi), Byram Center, NJ (1 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Picatinny Arsenal sits about 8 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The New Jersey military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Picatinny Arsenal and Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Stanhope.

What Stanhope orders most

Small business and crew apparel

Shop shirts and stitched caps that make a small crew read like an established company. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

HOA, civic, and community events

The civic calendar runs on volunteers, and volunteers run better in matching shirts. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Church and service group shirts

Service group shirts, from food drives to youth retreats, priced openly by the pack. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Youth sports and booster gear

From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

School spirit wear

Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Stanhope customers feel the difference on the first order.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Stanhope customers, these three earn their keep.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty-plus colors of 5.3oz heavy cotton, from military green to every heather, that keeps its shape through the laundry years. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

06 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Stanhope customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Stanhope addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Stanhope group keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
