Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Sterling crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Michigan in 5 to 7 business days.
Crews in Sterling order from us the same way the big-city ones do: published pack pricing, free design help, and a written proof before a single shirt prints.
Sterling is home to a community of 459 across 1.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Standish, MI (5 mi), Omer, MI (8 mi), Skidway Lake, MI (11 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Camp Grayling, around 55 miles from Sterling, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The Michigan military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Camp Grayling and Selfridge Air National Guard Base, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Sterling.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Stitched logos for hats, polos, and jackets that read professional up close.
Photograph-grade prints from a 10 piece run up.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
Weatherproof vinyl, hemmed and grommeted, readable across a lot.
Logo cleanups, redraws, and full concepts from the in-house team.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
PTA runs, field day tees, and club shirts proofed free and priced by the pack before the order form goes home. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Sterling customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Sterling customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The budget workhorse for big runs. 4.5oz light ringspun cotton that keeps a 100 piece order affordable, from $12 a shirt at volume with the front print included. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The clean-front fleece crew: 8.0oz, no pocket, no hood, maximum canvas for crests and block letters. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Sterling customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
The timeline to Sterling addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Sterling group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Nearby: we also serve Standish (5 mi), Omer (8 mi), Skidway Lake (11 mi). The full Michigan coverage page and the directory of every Michigan town go deeper, and the Design Lab prices any idea on the spot.
Proofs are free and fast, approvals are in writing, and the price you calculated is the price you pay.
