Sublimation in Abercrombie, ND.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Abercrombie gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Abercrombie

Abercrombie crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Abercrombie address in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 258 spread over 0.3 square miles, Abercrombie gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Kent, MN (2 mi), Colfax, ND (7 mi), Wolverton, MN (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Grand Forks Air Force Base, roughly 103 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Abercrombie.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of North Dakota mixes Abercrombie crews with neighbors like Kent, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Abercrombie gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Abercrombie customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Abercrombie customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Abercrombie customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Abercrombie addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Abercrombie crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your abercrombie crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
