Sublimation for Alder: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Sublimation delivered to Alder

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Alder, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Alder to the other, 2.0 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Virginia City, MT (9 mi), Brandon, MT (10 mi), Sheridan, MT (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Malmstrom Air Force Base, roughly 156 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Alder.

Because Virginia City sits only 9 miles from Alder, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Alder gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Alder customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Alder customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Alder customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Alder addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Alder crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your alder crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
