Sublimation in Algoma, MS.

Custom sublimated gear for Algoma businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Algoma

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Algoma, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Algoma at a community of 708 on 6.6 square miles of Mississippi, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Pontotoc, MS (5 mi), Randolph, MS (7 mi), New Houlka, MS (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Columbus Air Force Base, roughly 59 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Algoma.

Because Pontotoc sits only 5 miles from Algoma, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Algoma gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Algoma customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Algoma customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Algoma customers see.

15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Algoma addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Algoma crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
