From single pieces to full crew runs, Argyle gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Argyle, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 145 spread over 0.4 square miles, Argyle gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Freeburg, MO (6 mi), Meta, MO (8 mi), Vienna, MO (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Leonard Wood, roughly 33 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Argyle.
Sublimation demand around Argyle does not stop at the town line. Crews from Freeburg (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Argyle customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Argyle customers, these three earn their keep.
Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Here is what Argyle customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Delivery to Argyle addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Argyle crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
