Sublimation in Arizona.

Custom sublimated gear for Arizona units, businesses, schools, and teams. Proofs in 24 hours, shipped anywhere in Arizona in 5 to 7 business days.

Sublimation shipped anywhere in Arizona

From Phoenix to Tucson, every sublimation order in Arizona gets the same treatment: a real designer on the art, a written proof within 24 hours, and honest pack pricing published before you talk to anyone.

We print in one shop and deliver statewide, so a crew in a small Arizona town gets the same quality, pricing, and timeline as one in the biggest city. That includes direct delivery for units at Fort Huachuca, Davis-Monthan AFB, Luke Air Force Base, Yuma Proving Ground, MCAS Yuma, and every armory and reserve center in between.

What Arizona crews get sublimated

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Arizona customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Arizona customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Arizona customers see.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

07 //

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Durability is the spec

Everything in the process serves one outcome: gear still in the rotation years later. Inks cure at temperature so prints flex rather than crack, digitizing happens in-house so embroidery stays legible at small sizes, and blank weights run from summer-light to 7.5oz so the garment matches the use. Defects in production are remade free, no debate.

09 //

Why crews switch to us

Usually it is one of three moments: a big-platform order arrived wrong and nobody answered the support ticket, a hidden fee doubled the checkout price, or a deadline slipped with no warning. Our structure removes all three. Written proof approval before production, published pack pricing before any conversation, and a single named person who owns your order until it is delivered.

10 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to every address in Arizona is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Arizona crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
