From single pieces to full crew runs, Barclay gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Barclay, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Barclay is home to a community of 181 across 0.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Sudlersville, MD (3 mi), Templeville, MD (5 mi), Church Hill, MD (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Dover Air Force Base sits about 18 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Barclay.
A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Maryland mixes Barclay crews with neighbors like Sudlersville, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Barclay customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Barclay customers, these three earn their keep.
Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Barclay customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Barclay addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
