Sublimation in Baywood, NY.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Baywood gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Baywood

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Baywood, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Baywood covers 2.3 square miles of New York, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with North Bay Shore, NY (2 mi), Deer Park, NY (2 mi), North Babylon, NY (2 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. West Point, around 57 miles from Baywood, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Baywood counted against your roster.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of New York mixes Baywood crews with neighbors like North Bay Shore, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Baywood gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Baywood customers feel the difference on the first order.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Baywood customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Baywood customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Baywood addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Baywood crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
