Sublimation in Bergen, ND.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Bergen gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Bergen

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Bergen, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 11 spread over 0.8 square miles, Bergen gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Voltaire, ND (6 mi), Karlsruhe, ND (8 mi), Balfour, ND (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Minot Air Force Base sits about 30 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Bergen.

Sublimation demand around Bergen does not stop at the town line. Crews from Voltaire (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Bergen gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Bergen customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Bergen customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Bergen customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Bergen addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Bergen crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
