Sublimation in Bergland, MI.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Bergland gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Bergland

Bergland crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Bergland address in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Bergland to the other, 0.7 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Lake Gogebic, MI (2 mi), White Pine, MI (10 mi), Ewen, MI (14 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort McCoy sits about 193 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Bergland.

Because Lake Gogebic sits only 2 miles from Bergland, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Bergland gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Bergland customers feel the difference on the first order.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Bergland customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Bergland addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Bergland crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Bergland crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
