Sublimation delivered to Bertram

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Bertram, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 2,100 people spread over 1.7 square miles, Bertram gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Burnet, TX (10 mi), Liberty Hill, TX (11 mi), Briggs, TX (13 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Cavazos, roughly 30 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Bertram.

Sublimation demand around Bertram does not stop at the town line. Crews from Burnet (10 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Bertram gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Bertram customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Bertram customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Bertram addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Bertram crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Bertram crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
