Sublimation in Big Water, UT.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Big Water gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Big Water

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Big Water, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Big Water is home to a community of 516 across 6.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Greenehaven, AZ (8 mi), Page, AZ (12 mi), LeChee, AZ (20 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Nellis Air Force Base, around 208 miles from Big Water, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Big Water.

Sublimation demand around Big Water does not stop at the town line. Crews from Greenehaven (8 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Big Water gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Big Water customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Big Water customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Big Water addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Big Water crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Big Water crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
