Sublimation delivered to Bourbon

Bourbon crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Bourbon address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,500 people spread over 1.3 square miles, Bourbon gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: St. Cloud, MO (3 mi), West Sullivan, MO (4 mi), Leasburg, MO (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Leonard Wood sits about 54 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Bourbon counted against your roster.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Missouri mixes Bourbon crews with neighbors like St. Cloud, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Bourbon gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Bourbon customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Bourbon customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Bourbon customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Bourbon addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your bourbon crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
