Sublimation in Briggs, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Briggs gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Briggs

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Briggs, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Briggs covers 0.6 square miles of Texas, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Florence, TX (8 mi), Bertram, TX (13 mi), Kempner, TX (13 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Cavazos, around 17 miles from Briggs, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Briggs.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Texas mixes Briggs crews with neighbors like Florence, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Briggs gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Briggs customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Briggs customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Briggs addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Briggs crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Briggs crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
