Sublimation in Bronte, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Bronte gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Bronte

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Bronte, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Bronte is home to a community of 959 across 1.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Robert Lee, TX (11 mi), Blackwell, TX (14 mi), Wingate, TX (16 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Goodfellow Air Force Base sits about 32 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Bronte counted against your roster.

Sublimation demand around Bronte does not stop at the town line. Crews from Robert Lee (11 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Bronte gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Bronte customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Bronte customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Bronte customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Bronte addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Bronte crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Bronte crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
