Sublimation in Bucks, AL.

Sublimation for Bucks: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Sublimation delivered to Bucks

Bucks crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Bucks address in 5 to 7 business days.

Bucks covers 0.4 square miles of Alabama, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Movico, AL (3 mi), Mount Vernon, AL (5 mi), Axis, AL (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Naval Air Station Pensacola sits about 64 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Bucks.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Alabama mixes Bucks crews with neighbors like Movico, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Bucks gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Bucks customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Bucks customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Bucks addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Bucks crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your bucks crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
