Custom sublimated gear for California units, businesses, schools, and teams. Proofs in 24 hours, shipped anywhere in California in 5 to 7 business days.
From San Diego to Oceanside, every sublimation order in California gets the same treatment: a real designer on the art, a written proof within 24 hours, and honest pack pricing published before you talk to anyone.
We print in one shop and deliver statewide, so a crew in a small California town gets the same quality, pricing, and timeline as one in the biggest city. That includes direct delivery for units at Camp Pendleton, MCRD San Diego, MCAS Miramar, Twentynine Palms, Naval Base San Diego, Travis Air Force Base, and every armory and reserve center in between.
Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. California customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For California customers, these three earn their keep.
The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and California customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
The difference is people. An upload widget cannot tell you a logo will stitch poorly at cap size; our designers can and do. A checkout page cannot own a deadline; your named contact does. And where the big platforms hide the real cost until the last screen, our pack pricing sits published on every product page. The honest trade-off of custom work, no returns once it is printed, is covered by a proof you approve in writing before anything runs.
Every order ships tracked to every address in California with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your California crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
