Sublimation in Cape Colony, NC.

Custom sublimated gear for Cape Colony businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Cape Colony

Cape Colony crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Cape Colony address in 5 to 7 business days.

Cape Colony covers 1.0 square miles of North Carolina, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Edenton, NC (3 mi), Roper, NC (10 mi), Hertford, NC (13 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City sits about 27 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Cape Colony counted against your roster.

Sublimation demand around Cape Colony does not stop at the town line. Crews from Edenton (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Cape Colony gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Cape colony customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Cape Colony customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Cape Colony addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Cape Colony crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
