Sublimation in Catalina, AZ.

Sublimation for Catalina: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Sublimation delivered to Catalina

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Catalina, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Catalina to the other, 14.1 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Saddlebrooke, AZ (5 mi), Oro Valley, AZ (6 mi), Summerhaven, AZ (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Davis-Monthan AFB, roughly 23 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Catalina counted against your roster.

Because Saddlebrooke sits only 5 miles from Catalina, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Catalina gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Catalina customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Catalina customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Catalina customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Catalina addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Catalina crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
