From single pieces to full crew runs, Chanute gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Chanute, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Chanute is home to about 8,500 people across 7.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Earlton, KS (6 mi), Urbana, KS (8 mi), Humboldt, KS (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, McConnell Air Force Base sits about 103 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Chanute.
Sublimation demand around Chanute does not stop at the town line. Crews from Earlton (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Chanute customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Chanute customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
The table below is the actual price list Chanute customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Every order ships tracked to Chanute addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Chanute crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
