Sublimation delivered anywhere in Chase County

Chase County crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.

Chase County spans 773 square miles and holds about 2,600 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.

Skip the storefront entirely: the design happens online or over email with a free designer proof, and delivery reaches every Chase County address on the same tracked timeline.

What Chase County gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Chase County customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Chase County customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Chase County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every address in Chase County. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Chase County crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Chase County crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
