From single pieces to full crew runs, Cibolo gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Cibolo, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 36,000 people spread over 21.0 square miles, Cibolo gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Schertz, TX (2 mi), Santa Clara, TX (4 mi), Marion, TX (5 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Lackland Air Force Base, roughly 20 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Cibolo.
Sublimation demand around Cibolo does not stop at the town line. Crews from Schertz (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Cibolo customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Cibolo customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Cibolo customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Cibolo addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your cibolo crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
