Sublimation in Clifton, IL.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Clifton gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Clifton

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Clifton, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,300 people spread over 0.9 square miles, Clifton gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Ashkum, IL (4 mi), Chebanse, IL (5 mi), Sammons Point, IL (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Naval Station Great Lakes, roughly 96 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Clifton.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Illinois mixes Clifton crews with neighbors like Ashkum, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Clifton gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Clifton customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Clifton customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Clifton addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Clifton crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Clifton crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
