Sublimation in Cokedale, CO.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Cokedale gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Cokedale

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Cokedale, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 127 spread over 0.2 square miles, Cokedale gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Valdez, CO (3 mi), Jansen, CO (4 mi), Starkville, CO (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Carson, roughly 119 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Cokedale.

Sublimation demand around Cokedale does not stop at the town line. Crews from Valdez (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Cokedale gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Cokedale customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Cokedale customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Cokedale addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Cokedale crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Cokedale crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
