Sublimation in Colon, MI.

Custom sublimated gear for Colon businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Colon

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Colon, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Colon at about 1,200 people on 1.4 square miles of Michigan, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Sherwood, MI (5 mi), Mendon, MI (8 mi), Burr Oak, MI (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Grissom Air Reserve Base sits about 92 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Colon.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of Michigan mixes Colon crews with neighbors like Sherwood, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Colon gets sublimated

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Performance polyester gear

Wicking fabric stays wicking, because the dye never blocks the weave. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Colon customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Colon customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Colon customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Colon addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Colon crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your colon crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
