Sublimation in Copake, NY.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Copake gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Copake

Copake crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Copake address in 5 to 7 business days.

Copake covers 1.2 square miles of New York, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Taconic Shores, NY (1 mi), Copake Falls, NY (2 mi), Copake Lake, NY (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Westover Air Reserve Base sits about 51 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Copake counted against your roster.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of New York mixes Copake crews with neighbors like Taconic Shores, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Copake gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Flags and display pieces

Full-color polyester flags and displays for events and dedications. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Copake customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Copake customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Copake addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Copake crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Copake crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
