Sublimation delivered to Cora

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Cora, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Cora covers 5.0 square miles of Wyoming, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Daniel, WY (8 mi), Pinedale, WY (9 mi), Boulder, WY (21 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Hill Air Force Base, roughly 157 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Cora.

Sublimation demand around Cora does not stop at the town line. Crews from Daniel (8 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Cora gets sublimated

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Cora customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Cora customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Cora customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
Pack of 25$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Cora addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Cora crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Cora crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
