From single pieces to full crew runs, Corn gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Corn crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Corn address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Corn at a community of 583 on 0.3 square miles of Oklahoma, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Colony, OK (7 mi), Bessie, OK (12 mi), Weatherford, OK (12 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Sill sits about 56 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Corn counted against your roster.
Sublimation demand around Corn does not stop at the town line. Crews from Colony (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Corn customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Corn customers, these three earn their keep.
Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Here is what Corn customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
The timeline to Corn addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Corn crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
