Sublimation delivered to Cornell

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Cornell, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,400 people spread over 3.8 square miles, Cornell gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Holcombe, WI (4 mi), Jim Falls, WI (10 mi), Sheldon, WI (14 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort McCoy, roughly 86 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Cornell.

Because Holcombe sits only 4 miles from Cornell, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Cornell gets sublimated

Camo and pattern builds

Whole-garment patterns, from classic camo to unit-designed concepts. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Cornell customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Cornell customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Here is what Cornell customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Cornell addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Cornell crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
