Sublimation in Corona, CA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Corona gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Corona

Corona crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Corona address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 160,000 people spread over 39.9 square miles, Corona gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Coronita, CA (3 mi), Home Gardens, CA (3 mi), Norco, CA (4 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is March Air Reserve Base, roughly 11 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Corona.

Because Coronita sits only 3 miles from Corona, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Corona gets sublimated

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Corona customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Corona customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Pullover Hoodie

The team-store look: sublimation accents plus embroidery on the fleece hoodie. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Corona addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Corona crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
