From single pieces to full crew runs, Cortez gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Cortez crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Cortez address in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 9,000 people spread over 6.2 square miles, Cortez gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Dolores, CO (10 mi), Lewis, CO (11 mi), Towaoc, CO (13 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Kirtland Air Force Base sits about 189 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Cortez counted against your roster.
Sublimation demand around Cortez does not stop at the town line. Crews from Dolores (10 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Cortez customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Cortez customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Cortez customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Cortez addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your cortez crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
