From single pieces to full crew runs, Coweta gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Coweta crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Coweta address in 5 to 7 business days.
Coweta is home to about 11,000 people across 10.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Redbird, OK (7 mi), Broken Arrow, OK (8 mi), Leonard, OK (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Tinker Air Force Base sits about 109 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Coweta.
Sublimation demand around Coweta does not stop at the town line. Crews from Redbird (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Coweta customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Coweta customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Here is what Coweta customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Coweta addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your coweta crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
