Sublimation in Coyote, NM.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Coyote gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Sublimation delivered to Coyote

Coyote crews order sublimated gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Coyote address in 5 to 7 business days.

Coyote covers 4.2 square miles of New Mexico, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Youngsville, NM (4 mi), Cañones, NM (11 mi), Gallina, NM (14 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Kirtland Air Force Base, roughly 72 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Coyote.

Because Youngsville sits only 4 miles from Coyote, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Coyote gets sublimated

Flags and display pieces

Dedication flags and display pieces printed in full color on polyester. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Custom neck labels and details

Inside-collar branding for crews building a real merch line. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Coyote customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Coyote customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Practice kits pair sublimated names and numbers with this standard tee to stay on budget. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Coyote customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Coyote addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Coyote crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
