Sublimation in Cresbard, SD.

Custom sublimated gear for Cresbard businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Cresbard

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Cresbard, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Cresbard at a community of 103 on 0.4 square miles of South Dakota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Evergreen Colony, SD (6 mi), Chelsea, SD (10 mi), Blumengard Colony, SD (12 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Grand Forks Air Force Base sits about 210 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Cresbard counted against your roster.

A typical week of sublimation orders from this corner of South Dakota mixes Cresbard crews with neighbors like Evergreen Colony, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Cresbard gets sublimated

All-over print jerseys

Edge-to-edge color dyed into the fabric, so the print can never crack or peel. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Team and league kits

Full kits with personalization included, because sublimation prints it all at once. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Cresbard customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Cresbard customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

For all-over concepts, start from the boxiest silhouette we carry. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Cresbard customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Cresbard addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Cresbard crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
