Sublimation in Cross Timbers, MO.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Cross Timbers gets sublimated gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

01 //

Sublimation delivered to Cross Timbers

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Cross Timbers, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 124 spread over 0.4 square miles, Cross Timbers gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Preston, MO (6 mi), Hermitage, MO (8 mi), Wheatland, MO (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Whiteman Air Force Base, around 54 miles from Cross Timbers, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Cross Timbers counted against your roster.

Sublimation demand around Cross Timbers does not stop at the town line. Crews from Preston (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Cross Timbers gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Performance gear that still performs: the print adds zero weight and zero stiffness. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Camo and pattern builds

Custom patterns and camo concepts printed edge to edge. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Custom neck labels and details

The retail touches: printed neck labels and interior branding. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

All-over print jerseys

Jerseys with full-bleed color that survives because it is dye, not ink. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Team and league kits

Numbers, names, and sponsor logos in one process, one price. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Cross Timbers customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Cross Timbers customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Sublimated accents with embroidered marks make a hoodie that looks like team store product. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The widest, boxiest blank we stock, which is exactly what edge-to-edge concepts need. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Budget practice gear: standard tee, sublimated numbers, done. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Cross Timbers addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Cross Timbers crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Cross Timbers crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
