Sublimation in Dacula, GA.

Custom sublimated gear for Dacula businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Sublimation delivered to Dacula

Dye bonded into polyester fiber, so it never cracks, peels, or washes out. All-over prints, jerseys, koozies, mugs, and flags. For Dacula, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 7,600 people spread over 5.2 square miles, Dacula gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Auburn, GA (4 mi), Carl, GA (5 mi), Lawrenceville, GA (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Robins Air Force Base sits about 97 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Dacula.

Because Auburn sits only 4 miles from Dacula, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Dacula gets sublimated

Performance polyester gear

Moisture-wicking blanks where the print breathes with the fabric. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Camo and pattern builds

Full-bleed patterns, including unit-specific camo concepts, across the entire garment. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Flags and display pieces

Polyester flags and display textiles in complete color. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Custom neck labels and details

Neck labels and inner details that make merch look retail. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

All-over print jerseys

Seam-to-seam graphics that are part of the fabric, not sitting on it. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Team and league kits

Rosters, numbers, and sponsors all print in the same pass at the same price. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Dacula customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Dacula customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Mix sublimated panels with stitched marks and this hoodie reads team-store retail. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

All-over designs want the boxiest canvas in the lineup, and this is it. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

Names and numbers pair with a standard tee for practice gear that does not break the budget. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Dacula addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your dacula crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
